Care and Cautions

HWAH Little Ones are NOT machine washable. While the 100% cotton stitching is fairly durable, if submerged in water, the wool filling will clump up and alter the look and feel of your keepsake. 

A damp cloth is recommended to wipe over if needed. Should your Little One become wet and misshapen, allow to thoroughly air dry before gently squeezing to reshape & evenly disperse the wool filling within.

WARNING

HWAH Little Ones are not designed or marketed as toys. Choking hazard. Not suitable for babies or children under 3 due to small parts.

To be shelved out of reach when gifted as keepsakes.

ALLERGEN INFORMATION

All handmade items are created using 100% Turkish cotton in a smoke free, sanitised environment.

Please be aware Little Ones are filled with 100% Pure Australian Merino Wool and are therefore unsuitable for those with wool allergy. Alternative filling (polyester) can be utilised upon request at an extra cost.

Return Policy 

While all care is taken to ensure superior quality of every HWAH keepsake, it is noted that these treasures are uniquely handmade and may display signs of inconsistency or imperfection. These are normal characteristics of the product and not considered faults.

 

Please note, due to the pre-ordering system in place and the many hours committed to the creation of HWAH Little Ones, there is a no return policy for change of mind.
